Egy évvel ezelőtt fogták el, kínozták meg majd bestiális kegyetlenséggel végezték ki a santa cruzi Las Americas szállodában a bolív kormány fegyveresei Eduardo Rozsa Florest, Magyarosi Árpádot és Michael Dwyert. Egy éve nem tudjuk, kik végeztek velük és miért. Egy éve nem tudjuk, ki adta ki a parancsot. Egy éve nem vizsgálják ki az életüket kioltó rendőri eljárást, abban az országban, ahol nincs halálbüntetés, és amely valamennyi latin-amerikai emberi jogi egyezmény és kiegészítő jegyzőkönyv részes fele. Gyilkosaik egy éve szabadon járnak, és nevetnek az ostoba és gyenge európaiakon.
A gyilkosság egyetlen magyar túlélője, Tóásó Előd középiskolai tanár, egy éve fogoly 3600 méteres magasságban fekvő jeges cellájában. Egy éve nem táplálkozik rendesen. Egy éve romlik az egészsége. Egy éve nem látta a családját. Egy éve nem közölték vele, miért van fogva. Egy éve nem ismerheti meg az állítólagos nyomozás iratanyagát. Egy éve nem emeltek ellene vádat. Egy éve nem állították pártatlan bíróság elé. Egy éve nem tudja, hogy a nap, amelyre ébred, nem az utolsó-e?
Ezzel szemben a gyilkosságot vezető Walter Andrade kapitány egy autóbalesetben súlyos koponyasérülést szenvedett. A rajtaütést tisztázni akaró parlamenti vizsgálóbizottság elnökének, Bernardo Montenegrónak a személygépkocsiját egy szakadékba szorították az útról, majd a roncsban található iratokat az áldozatok mellől elvitték. Az Európai tényfeltáró útra indult bolív parlamenti képviselők ellen elfogató parancsot adtak ki, visszatértükkor rendőrök várták őket a reptéren. Az ügyben eljáró államügyész infarktust kapott. Az állítólagos terhelő tanúvallomásokat a bolív kormány pénzért veszi. Santa Cruz tartomány ellenzéki politikusai közül koholt vádakkal sokakat már letartóztattak, vagy családjukkal együtt külföldi száműzetésbe kényszerítettek. A megbízott bolív jogi képviselők sorra adják vissza a megbízásukat mert az életüket féltik.
A magyar közvéleményt megdöbbentő, és nemzetközi mércével mérve is példátlan emberi jogi jogsértést már elítélte az Amerikai Egyesült Államok éves emberi jogi jelentése, az ENSZ Emberi Jogi Főbiztosának éves jelentése. Magyarország nem.
Bolivia 2007-2013 között 234 000 000 EUR azaz kettőszázharmincnégy millió euró támogatást kap az EU-tól (http://ec.europa.eu/europeaid/where/latin-america/country-cooperation/bolivia/bolivia_en.htm ). A támogatást a formálódó diktatúra kis és középvállalkozásainak fejlesztésére, a természeti kincseik fenntartható fejlesztésére, a kábítószer elleni harcra, és nem utolsó sorban az emberi jogok védelmére fordíthatják. Ez az összeg évi 9 Milliárd forintnyi támogatásnak felel meg. A magyar önkormányzatok többsége csak álmodik ilyenről.
Egy éve nem indult nemzetközi vizsgálat az ügyben. Egy éve nem fogott össze a magyar kormány Romániával és Irországgal, hogy az EU politikai súlyát kihasználva, rászorítsák Bolíviát a nemzetközi vizsgálatra.

Bolivia: the killers one year laugh of light Europeans

Bolivia between 2007-2013 will receive a support of 234 000 000 EUR million from the EU (http://ec.europa.eu/europeaid/where/latin-america/country-cooperation/bolivia/bolivia_en.htm ). The support of small and medium enterprises in the emerging dictatorship in the development of natural resources for sustainable development, fight against drugs, and last but not least, devoted to the protection of human rights. This year the amount is equivalent to 9 billion forints aid. The Hungarian authorities are only dreaming this amount of support.
A year has not started an international investigation of the case. A year ago, the Hungarian Government has not caught up with Romania and Ireland, the EU's political weight advantage, to oblige Bolivia to the international investigation.

Bolivia: los asesinos se ríen hace un año luz de los suaves europeos
Hace un año fueron capturados, torturados y luego ejecutados con una crueldad bestial en el Hotel Las Américas en Santa Cruz por militantes del gobierno boliviano Eduardo Rozsa Flores, Michael Dwyer y Arpad Magyarósi. Hace un año que no sabemos quién los mató y por qué. Hace un año que no sabemos quién dio la orden. Hace un año que no se examinó el asalto de la policía en un proceso de extinción en un país "democrático", donde no hay pena de muerte, y que es parte de todas las Convenciones Latinoamericanas para los Derechos Humanos y el Protocolo Adicional. Hace un año que los asesinos están en libertad, y se ríen de los estúpidos y débiles europeos.
El sobreviviente de asesinato el único húngaro, Elöd Tóásó un profesor de enseñanza secundaria, un año es prisionero en una altitud de 3600 metros, con el frío en su celda. En un año que no está correctamente alimentado. Hace un año que su salud se está deteriorando. Hace un año que vio a su familia. Hace un año que no se han revelado, por qué se lo captura. Hace un año que no reconoce el archivo de la supuesta investigación criminal. Hace un año que no han sido establecidos los cargos. Hace un año no se inicia un juicio imparcial. Hace un año que no sabe si el sol, con el que se despierta, no es el último para él?
Por el contrario, el líder de los asesinos Walter Andrade sufrió lesiones graves en su cráneo en un accidente de coche. El coche del presidente de la investigación parlamentaria que quería aclarar la incursión al hotel, Bernardo Montenegro, fue empujado fuera de la carretera en un barranco, luego localizaron los restos de las víctimas pero todos los documentos fueron sustraídos.
El viaje de investigación al Parlamento Europeo se inició en contra de las órdenes de arresto, los policías los esperaba en el aeropuerto. Al fiscal encargado del caso le dio un ataque al corazón. El testimonio del supuesto testigo por el dinero del gobierno. En la provincia de Santa Cruz hay falsas acusaciones contra políticos de la oposición y muchos han sido detenidos u obligados a exiliarse junto con sus familias en el extranjero. Los abogados públicos nombrados por el Ministerio Público para la defensa devuelven sus nombramientos, porque temen por sus vidas.
El público húngaro está conmocionado y sin precedentes por las violaciones a las normas internacionales de derechos humanos, lo cual ha sido también condenado por los EE.UU. en su Informe Anual de Derechos Humanos, el Informe Anual del Alto Comisionado para los Derechos Humanos de la ONU. Hungría no ha condenado.
Bolivia entre 2007-2013 recibirá un apoyo de 234 000 000 millones de euros de la UE (http://ec.europa.eu/europeaid/where/latin-america/country-cooperation/bolivia/bolivia_en.htm ). El apoyo de pequeñas y medianas empresas en la dictadura emergentes, en el desarrollo de los recursos naturales para el desarrollo sostenible, lucha contra las drogas, y por último pero no menos importante, dedicada a la protección de los derechos humanos. Este año, el monto de la ayuda es equivalente a 9 mil millones de forints. Las autoridades húngaras están soñando solamente con esta cantidad de apoyo.
Un año no se ha iniciado una investigación internacional sobre el caso. Hace un año, el Gobierno húngaro no ha alcanzado con Rumania e Irlanda, la ventaja del peso político de la UE, para obligar a Bolivia a una investigación internacional.
